{Monday Mileage} : 1.29

January is almost over and my run streak is still alive. 75 days and counting.

While my runs may not be fast or far, they are happening, even on the days when I don’t want to get out there.

Since January 1, I have ran, walked or hiked 42 miles. Here is a breakdown of the miles.
Run – 32 miles
Hike – 9 miles
Walk – 1 mile
