{Workout Plans} : 1.29 – 2.4

Soccer starts back up this week, which means I have to get back to being more disciplined with everything, including my workouts. I know that if I have a plan, then I will be efficient when it comes to getting my workouts done.

So here is my plan for the week.

Below are the actual strength training exercises that I have planned. To be honest I have no idea what weight I will be using since I have not been consistent with my lifting over the last month. This week will be a chance for me to see how much strength I have lost.

My plan is to really buckle down over the next three months. I am going to hit all my workouts, but more importantly I am going to clean up my eating.

Why three months? Well, there is a little over three months until we open our pool, which is usually around the first of May. I would love to make some great progress and be comfortable hanging out in a swimsuit when we open our pool.
