Workouts that didn’t Happen

So, I had the best of intentions of getting back on track with my workouts. Monday morning, I got up at 5:15, lifted weights in the basement and then headed outside, in the rain, to do my HIIT. I felt good.

However Monday afternoon, I got to looking at our schedule for the next few weeks and realized that all those projects I wanted to do while we had a break, needed to be done this past week, or I probably wouldn’t have a chance to do them until Thanksgiving. Thus, instead of focusing on getting back on track with my workouts, I decided to focus on all the projects I wanted to get done. I used the time that I would be working out to get stuff done.

I am hoping to start back tomorrow, but after looking at our schedule and my to do list, I’m just not sure. Also, next weekend is our last free weekend until Thanksgiving, so I may have to get stuff done around our house. I also have to finish up my planning so we can start our homeschool year.

If I am able to get back on track with my workouts, I will be following the workouts I posted last week.
