{Workout Plans} : 7.16 – 7.29

As I mentioned in my last post, I have been changing up my workouts every 2-6 weeks. It is important to keep my body guessing, but it also keeps me from getting bored. Keeping boredom away is super important, especially when I am getting up between 5 and 5:30am to fit these workouts into my day.

Below is my workout “plan” for the next two-week. I put “plan” in quotes, but it could change. Things around our house the last few week have NOT gone according to plan.

Hopefully in the next few days I will have time to share the different HIIT workouts I have planned for the week.

The chart above is the exact strength training exercises that I plan to do and coordinate with the last row of the first chart.

Like I have mentioned, this is my plan. It may not all happen, but I have found that I do best, if I have a plan. Honestly, the daily yoga sessions may turn into stretching on a few occasions. A few other things, like runs, may be skipped or switched around to accommodate or changing schedule.
