{Weekly Goals} : 10.2.16

I’m a lot behind on a bunch a things, however, I am slowly catching up. Hopefully, I can stay caught up. Probably not, but I can always try.

I am determined to get in a grove and get some consistency in my workouts no matter what chaos may hit. We all know there will be some chaos, chaos somewhere.

This weeks goals:
1. Complete all planned workouts. – I have some great workouts planned, but I have struggled to get them done. I’m going to get them done, even if I have to recruit the boys to help.

2. No eating out for me. – Overall, I’m trying to get back to healthy eating, not just for me, but for everyone. It has been met with some resistance. The boys have especially enjoyed the crap food, but I know they will feel better if some of that stuff disappeared from their diet. However, I am going to be realistic and say that sometimes this mommy needs a break from the kitchen.

3. Track all my meals. – I was most successful with my weight loss when I was tracking my food. It is a great way to give me some perspective on how many calories, fat, proteins and carbs are in some food. Many times just seeing what was in something made me think twice before I ate it.

I’m ready to get everything on track again. I’m tired of feeling like crap. I’m ready for change.
