Last week my goal was to keep the weight off that I lost while on vacation at the beach. I am super happy to say that I did it!


However, I will have to say that I am going to have to be careful. I was so tired by the end of the week that I made some poor food choices and I paid for it. Mainly physically. My stomach just can not handle the same stuff anymore.

This weeks goal is to get back to lifting. Over the past three weeks, between the boys soccer camp, being on vacation and adjusting to our new schedule I haven’t lifted and I miss it.

Cardio is my way to get away for a little bit from all the noise that is in my house. It give me time to think. Oddly, it relaxes me and help me to be ready to battle the day.

Lifting has made me feel stronger. Like I can handle more. It also has helped me with the many aches and pain disappear.
