4 Weeks Postpartum

So it’s been 4 weeks since our beautiful Thing 4 joined us in this world. My postpartum recovery has been by far the raiser with her, than with the boys. I know it was due to the fact that I was active during the entire pregnancy.

So here I am at 36 weeks 3 days. At this point I had gained 15 pounds.
Now here I am 4 weeks postpartum and I have lost all 15 pounds that I gained during the pregnancy. The biggest difference is that things are a little squishier than they were before I got pregnant.


Before I found out I was pregnant with Thing 4, I had worked very hard to lose 15 pounds. I am super thankful that my physical activity and healthy eating allowed my weight gain to be minimal so that as I start to lose this weight I am not having to start over.

Now to make it through the holidays without gaining weight.
