Ok, so once again, I have not been doing a good job of keeping up on my weigh in posts. I have been weighing in, but I just haven’t been writing about my progress. Since the middle of July we have been getting our house ready to be put on the market and we also took a vacation the first of August. So between homeschooling, training, cleaning, packing and researching time has been scarce.

However, I am super happy to report that despite the busyness of life right now, I am continuing to lose weight. I am down to 175.
Despite the craziness and stress of everything going on, I have been consistently working out. When we decided that we were going to move, I told Daddy Cameron that I still wanted to do a few triathlons, despite everything that we were going to be doing. I knew that if I opted out of doing those triathlons, I would lose all motivation to train. It would be way too easy to make excuses.
Thankfully, the motivation of not wanting to embarrass myself at my upcoming triathlons, has been enough to keep me training. Since I have continued to train I have also continued to lose weight!
My goal is to get down to 170 pounds by my birthday, which is at the end of October. That has me losing about a pound a week, which seems to be what my body is most comfortable doing. It would be awesome if I could lose even a little more.
