{Weigh In} : April 18

I’m so excited!  I lost 4 pounds since last Wednesday, despite a date night that got a little out of control (not like that.)  I just ate way more than I should have eaten and I could definitely tell.  Besides being stuffed, I also didn’t feel so hot the next day.  Since I have been eating very little processed foods and meat, my stomach was an unhappy with what I fed it during date night.  Oh well, you live, you learn.  Now I know I just need to be a little more careful.

Also, I have been tracking my weight on a daily basis.  I know most “experts” tell you not to do this, but it just doesn’t work for me.  I have been much more successful with the daily reminder of what my goal is.  I have been doing this for about 4 weeks now, and I have noticed a pattern.  If I could clean up my eating on the weekend, I would probably be even more successful.  However, right now it seems that at least one day, if not both days, I completely fall off the wagon.  Ooops!

I am thankful to have discovered this little issue and now I can work on making wise food choices on the weekend as well.
