{Workouts: Week in Review} 4.15

Last week was a good week for my workouts.  I didn’t check off item on my workout list, but I came the closest I have to date.  Here is what it looked like:

Monday: 2.5 mile run
Tuesday: 3.1 miles, leg workout, and 5 mile bike ride
Wednesday: 3 mile run and yoga
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: Off
Saturday: 3 miles
Sunday: 5 miles

I am hoping to get more weight lifting sessions in this week.  I think that the extra week off has allowed my back to rest so that I can get back at it.
