So it has been a really, really, really, really long time since I have done any sort of weigh in post at all. To be perfectly honest, I am not even sure what I weighed the last time I wrote a Wednesday Weigh In post. Life happens.
However, like I mentioned a couple of Sunday’s ago, I have a big beach trip coming up in June and I don’t want to look as out of shape as I do now so I created a training plan for me to follow. I have to be honest I am 15 days into my plan and I have only completed three days like I had planned. But, instead of beating myself up about the time I have lost, I am getting back on track and getting moving again.
Anyway, to the weigh in part, when I put my 90 day plan into place, I obviously weighed myself. In the last 15 days, I have lost 2.5 pounds and I could have done a lot better! I know if I would just get my booty moving and eating much better, I could be down more. At any rate, I am going to take my 2.5 pounds and run with it!
