In all honesty I considered not posting this post this morning. As you can guess my I didn’t have a loss this week, I actually gained 3 pounds this week.
Am I surprised, no! Thing 1 had his laser treatment on Friday morning, which left me without a meal plan, because I was going to let Thing 1 chose his meals for lunch and dinner. Meaning, we ate fast food, since we had drastically cut our eating out during the month of January (we only went out 3 times).
Not only did I enjoy some fast food, I also enjoyed a few drinks over the weekend at a girls night out and the Superbowl. Then there was also enjoying our Superbowl dinner and dessert.
Basically, I did not do what I needed to do to be successful and it shows. I am disappointed to say the least, but it has just reinforced what I know I need to do. It also gives me that kick in the rear I need to get back on track.
