{Weigh In} I Missed a Week ?!?!?!

So apparently somewhere in my “superb” organization I forgot to weigh in last week.  Oops!  Oh well, I did remember to weigh in this week.  I am only down 1/2 a pound for the last two weeks.  Not exactly what I was hoping for, but it is something.

I am starting to wonder if my thyroid level is too low.  Even with 7-8 hours of sleep every day, I still feel like I need a nap every day.  Not exactly easy to come by with two active boys who no longer nap.  I have an appointment in a few weeks, so hopefully I will figure it out soon.

I am starting to add in a few weights to my running routine, finally.  So hopefully that will help the process along.  Some days I know I let my thyroid issues get in the way of my goals.  I know that I am going to have to get over it soon, if I want to be successful.
