Let’s be honest, I am struggling to get all of my runs in every week. I just haven’t found that joy in running that I had a year ago. Thus, I am not as determined to get all my runs in as I once was. At this point, I have no idea how to get it back.

Monday: Walk (30 minutes) or >1 mile – Walked
Tuesday: 3 miles – Nope, didn’t happen
Wednesday: Walk (45 min.) or >1 mile – Nope, didn’t happen
Thursday: 3 miles – Complete!
Friday: Walk (30 min.) or Off – Off
Saturday: 7 miles – Complete (12:05 minute/miles)
Sunday: 2 miles – Haven’t done it yet…
Here is what is happening this week…

Tuesday: 3 miles
Wednesday: Walk (30 min.) or >1 mile
Thursday: 4 miles
Friday: Walk or Off
Saturday: 8 miles
Sunday: 2 miles
I need to find my motivation to get all my training runs done or my momma is going to leave me in the dust. She has been doing all of her running during the week as well as a serious bootcamp. I think I might be in trouble if I don’ t get my booty in gear.
