{Wednesday Weigh In} Week 3

Slow and steady wins the race, right?  This week I had a 1.5 pound weight loss.

To be honest, I wasn’t too optimistic.  My eating hasn’t been the greatest and I have not been exercising like I need and should do.  I have been continuing to let too many excuses get in the way of doing what I know is right.

Bottom line, I have to do better.
