Week 2 didn’t got as well as I had hoped. The weather kind of put a damper on my training since all my weekday training has to be done pushing the boys in the stroller. It rained all of Monday and most of Tuesday. Thursday was high in the 40’s but with a 30-40 mph wind that kept the wind chill below freezing and makes it impossible to push the triple jogging stroller. However, I did get some exercise and completed some of my planned training.
Monday: Walk (45 minutes) or >1 mile & yoga nothing
Tuesday: 3 miles 30 minutes of walking the stairs in my house
Wednesday: Walk (45 min.) or >1 mile & yoga walk
Thursday: 3 miles nothing
Friday: Walk (30 min.) or Off & yoga walk
Saturday: 6 miles complete – just under 12 minutes per mile.
Sunday: 3 miles complete
Obviously yoga didn’t happen. I am struggling to find time for everything right now, but I will get there. I am happy that I was able to complete my long run and keep the pace under 12 minutes per mile. However, I can tell that I have not been running enough because my pace dropped considerably every mile. I need to get that endurance back up. I just have to remember that I am starting over and that I have been here before and can get back to where I was, I just need to do it.

Wednesday: Walk (45 min.) or >1 mile
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: Walk (30 min.) or Off
Saturday: 7 miles
Sunday: 2 miles
