{Weigh In} Wednesday Weigh In #1

So here we go.  Every Wednesday I will be weighing in as a way to keep track of my progress.

To be honest I had not weighed myself in a long time, probably because I knew that the numbers would not be where they should or even going in the direction they should.  On January 1, I weighed myself for the first time and set my goal.  I have about 45 pounds that I need to lose.  Technically I could stand to lose at least 10 pounds more than that, but I have to start somewhere.

Since my initial weigh in on Sunday, I have lost 1 pound.  I will take that.  Only 44 more to go!
